The Challenge
Capturing regional search traffic for Sobha's Hoskote launch before third-party aggregates capture page one search listings. The real estate market in Hoskote was highly competitive, with multiple broker syndicates creating unofficial sites. The primary challenge was establishing a high-converting, official-feeling portal that captures organic search intent from potential buyers and redirects it directly into the authorized sales pipeline while protecting brand margins from unauthorized broker bids.
Situation Before Engagement
No primary brand landing page for the Hoskote residential project. Organic traffic was landing on broken broker links, frustrating buyers. Buyers searching for authentic floor plans, pricing sheets, and site locations were guided to dead-ends or long lead forms on aggregator portals. This lack of a direct brand channel led to lost interest, slow sales momentum, and zero capacity to track digital-to-offline customer journeys.
The Strategy
Replicate the proven BridgeKeys microsite blueprint with Hoskote-specific keyword structures and clean mobile interaction loops. We mapped out search terms related to Hoskote property launches and created a visual layout optimized for mobile screens. The page highlights the exact location benefits, connectivity maps, and project layouts, providing prospects with immediate visual proof. Multiple WhatsApp and direct-form triggers were distributed logically to maximize slot booking rates.
The Implementation
Built a static property page displaying location advantages, visual unit plans, and a direct inquiry form. We implemented a lightweight image zoom component for floor plans to ensure high detail without heavy file downloads. Page speed was optimized to under 1.5 seconds, ensuring mobile users on mobile networks experience instant response. Dynamic redirect routes were configured to forward forms to the sales CRM automatically.
