Lavie Davie required a mobile-first local platform that builds immediate trust through facility transparency, clear package pricing, and an interactive booking inquiry flow that integrates with their internal scheduling processes.
Situation Before Engagement
Pet parents found it extremely difficult to browse packages, inspect boarding facilities, or check pricing schedules, causing them to drop off and choose competitor kennels. The booking process required multiple back-and-forth WhatsApp messages to confirm rates, verify pet vaccination guidelines, and check slot availability. This created operational bottlenecks for the frontdesk team and resulted in lost sales opportunities during peak holiday travel seasons when boarding demand is highest.
The Strategy
Design a highly transparent local service platform detailing packages, safety checks, and customer reviews, coupled with local SEO optimization. We structured the homepage layout around the pet parent's search journey, highlighting cage dimensions, indoor play areas, 24/7 veterinary tie-ups, and direct social proof from Google reviews. We targeted high-intent local keywords (like 'pet boarding Mumbai' and 'dog daycare Bandra') to capture organic search map pack listings and local search intent.
The Implementation
Created a mobile-first booking interface with simplified packages, trust signals, and clear call/WhatsApp CTAs. We engineered a responsive visual gallery to show facility safety setups and implemented localized schema scripts to help search engines map their service coverage area in Mumbai.
