The Challenge
A premium marble supplier with a high-end physical showroom in Delhi had a slow, generic website that failed to display their marble and granite inventory to architects and builders. Architects and interior designers select stone types based on precise visual patterns, veins, and colors; if the digital catalog doesn't showcase these accurately and quickly, they skip the vendor. The challenge was building a high-speed, interactive visual gallery that replicates the physical showroom experience on mobile viewports.
Situation Before Engagement
High bounce rates and low digital engagement. Slow gallery performance caused busy architects to leave the site before browsing the premium Italian marble and granite collections. Pages were bloated with uncompressed raw images, taking up to 7 seconds to load on mobile connections. This created a major friction point that prevented MS Rajasthan from being added to commercial project specification lists.
The Strategy
Build a speed-optimized visual catalog with smart lazy-loading so high-resolution stone patterns load instantly on mobile, paired with localized SEO. We organized the collection into clear, filterable categories (Italian Marble, Indian Marble, Granite, Quartzite) and added detailed spec sheets. Lead inquiry forms were placed on every product card to let builders request price quotes for specific stone batches instantly.
The Implementation
Designed a minimal, dark-themed product gallery with touch-swipe previewing and direct price inquiry forms. We implemented modern image formats (WebP) and deferred image loading to ensure the gallery loads in under 1.7 seconds on 4G networks. Custom forms were integrated directly with the sales team's WhatsApp and email desks, enabling real-time lead routing. Local search schemas were updated to target Delhi and NCR builder segments.
