The Challenge

A legacy brand catalog website that failed to reflect the scale of Nabhas' industrial capability, stalling acquisition of corporate hospitality clients. The old site felt like a small retail store rather than an industrial-grade manufacturing facility supplying thousands of units. Nabhas needed a digital platform that clearly establishes their bulk capacity, ecological compliance certifications, and material specifications to satisfy international hotel and catering group procurement reviews.

Situation Before Engagement

An outdated, non-responsive design that failed to show product specs, leading to low trust from corporate procurement teams. Buyers looking for certification details, bulk pricing, or physical catalogs had no clear download paths. The site was invisible in local Google searches for disposable manufacturers, resulting in zero inbound organic B2B leads and a complete reliance on offline sales reps.

The Strategy

Brand evolution over replacement. Retain the recognizable corporate color scheme but introduce geometric layouts, clean typography, and a structured product catalog that signals corporate capability. We focused on organizing the product line into easy-to-browse categories with detailed material specifications (like GSM, thickness, decomposition timelines). A clear bulk inquiry pipeline was integrated to convert B2B buyers directly on the product screens.

The Implementation

Built a static B2B product showcase displaying ecological compliance, technical specifications, and bulk query CTA buttons. We implemented lazy-loaded high-resolution product imagery to keep catalog speeds fast on mobile devices. Custom contact forms were mapped to direct procurement channels, and downloadable PDFs were integrated to allow corporate buyers to share product sheets internally. The site uses structural HTML5 schema tags.
